Who does the ROC ‘n Golf Tournament Benefit?
Meet our Beneficiary – Welcome House Network Systems
The Welcome Network is an initiative of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina to engage, equip, and empower churches across the state of North Carolina to pool both human and physical resources for the purpose of creating hospitality ministries that Welcome the Stranger, Clothe the Naked, Feed the Hungry, Give Drink to the Thirsty, and Visit the Sick and Imprisoned.
Welcome House Raleigh, the flagship Welcome House in the Network, serves as temporary hospitality housing for refugees being resettled in the Triangle area by partner resettlement agencies. Welcome Network work is growing to now include churches and community partners who do not have houses as a physical asset but have disaster relief teams, hospitality teams, food pantry ministries, English as a Second Language teachers, bunk bed building ministries, short-term missions teams, recreation ministries, meeting space, and other assets that are ready to be used in this Matthew 25 vision of Christian Hospitality.
Welcome Network exists to meet the needs of our neighbors and engage the local church in very real and practical opportunities for daily Christlike, relational, Kingdom-building missions.
